Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is an issue, we’re here to help!

1. Eligibility for Refund:
- You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Used skincare products
- Opened hygiene products

3. Refund Process:
- Contact us at support@fitnglowessentials.in with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we’ll initiate a reverse pickup (if eligible).
- After we receive the product and inspect it, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the conditions are not met.
